He's roasted it, brewed it, photographed it and probably drunk more of it than anyone we know. Meet Kunaal Singh, the newest addition to our coffee team at CRUMB The Junction, and someone who's been part of Newcastle's specialty coffee conversation for years.

Before joining Crumb, Rusma worked in some of Sydney’s busiest kitchens, including Merivale. When the opportunity came up to move to Newcastle and join the team here, she packed up and headed north.

Some people are drawn to pastry because they love baking. For Simone, it started with making something with her hands.

After more than 15 years working in pastry kitchens across Australia, studying in South Korea and working at Bambam’s in Brisbane, Minsu moved his family to Newcastle to join the team at Crumb.
