CRUMB Run Club is heading to Stockton

This September, we’re teaming up with AG1 + Garmin again for a special edition of Run Club, starting and finishing at Haze in Stockton.

We’ll meet from 6:30am before heading out together for a 5km coastal run.

Then it’s back to Haze for the rest of the morning.

On the morning:

• Free pre-run espresso

• Free coffee or MORE Matcha after the run

• Pastries available at the finish line

• Music by DJ Tipsey

As always, all paces are welcome.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT

AG1 Workout Class/Run Club/Other Fitness Activity Participation

This General Liability Release (the “Release”) is entered into by the undersigned individual (“Participant”)

in connection with their voluntary participation in a workout class, run club, water-based activity or any other fitness-related activity (the “Activity”) hosted by AG1 USA Inc. (“AG1”).

1. RELEASE AND WAIVER

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity hosted by AG1, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby to the extent permitted under applicable law release, discharge, and hold harmless AG1 and each of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activity, including but not limited to any physical injury, illness, death, or property damage.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation in physical exercise, workouts, fitness training, swimming or other water-based activities, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, fractures, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders, risks of drowning, waterborne illness, hypothermia, collisions with other participants or objects, serious injury, or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation in the Activity, and accept full responsibility for my participation.

3. REPRESENTATIONS

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and that I am in good health and physical condition, with no known medical conditions or impairments that would affect my ability to safely engage in physical exercise, including but not limited to competent swimming ability for water-based activities. I agree to notify AG1 or any instructors of any physical conditions or limitations that may affect my ability to participate. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any physical activity.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS

I agree to follow all safety instructions and directions provided by AG1, its staff, or any instructors leading the Activity. I acknowledge that failure to follow such instructions may increase the risk of injury or harm.

5. PUBLICITY CONSENT

I hereby grant to AG1 and its designees the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free right to use my name, image, voice, likeness, and statements, including photos or video captured during the Activity, in any promotional, marketing, or advertising materials, including digital, print, and social media, without additional compensation, notice, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Release shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Release contains the full and complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
